Platform / Built around the trade

Start with settlement.
Keep the whole story.

A payment belongs to a bigger exchange. ARRUS is being built to connect the money, the documents, and the people behind it. Settlement comes first.

01The starting point

Money moves.
Context stays.

The first product focus is settlement: connecting a business payment to the trade it belongs to, with a clear view of what has been paid and what still needs attention.

An invoice, a delivery, and a payment can happen at different times. The record should help a supplier and buyer follow the same sequence, including partial payments, changes, and outstanding questions.

Follow one supplier payment
Product concept: agreement, supporting evidence, and settlement connected in one trade record.

A record that survives
the next handover.

Trade evidence becomes useful when someone else can understand it.

Our design connects orders, invoices, delivery evidence, and payment references. It keeps their source and status visible, so a document being attached does not imply it has been checked.

Over successive trades, those records can describe a working relationship: who supplies whom, how terms change, and how obligations are settled. Access should follow each party’s role and the information they need.

Who it is for

Different routes.
The same need for clarity.

Domestic procurement suppliers

Suppliers fulfilling purchase orders for business buyers, with delivery milestones, invoice matching, and payment terms to track across a continuing relationship.

International commodity traders

Importers and exporters coordinating goods, counterparties, and documents across borders, where the shipment and its settlement need to remain connected.

Financing begins
with something to assess.

A clearer cash-flow record can give a financing partner more context for an underwriting decision.

Partner financing is a future layer. The aim is to make trade history and supporting evidence easier to review, alongside a lender’s own checks, criteria, and terms. A payment history alone cannot promise approval or predict repayment.
